Job Description:

DFK Malta, in partnership with our client, is hiring anOffice Manager. Our client is a group of companies with diverse interests in private equity and fund support services.

Our client is looking for anOffice Manager (Compliance & Admin Support Officer) to join their growing team, supporting the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Support

  • Assist with compliance functions and processes
  • Support onboarding of shareholders and limited partners
  • Procure and update compliance documents (KYC, Due Diligence, AML)
  • Coordinate with business partners (e.g., consultants, banks) on compliance requirements

Administrative Support

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Support the CEO with administrative tasks and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate senior management availability for meetings and calls

Regulatory Reporting

  • Assist with annual and ad hoc reporting to authorities
  • Liaise with business partners regarding reporting obligations

Investor Relations

  • Circulate communications to shareholders and limited partners
  • Manage uploads on the Group's secure investor portal

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate secretarial or administrative role
  • 1+ year experience in compliance, AML, or risk (CSP/Financial Services) is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is asset
